Sound bowl healing is an intuitive practice that connects mind and body using rhythmic acoustic vibrations from metallic or crystal bowls to promote deep relaxation.
Doors open at 5:45pm, event begins at 6pm. Guests will be guided in the courtyard. Light Refreshments will be served.
Guest are encouraged to bring a mat, towel, and water bottle.
This is a free event but donations are appreciated.
