Administered by the Village of South Holland, this program helps small business owners and artisans bridge the gaps between pop-up markets and full-blown retail operations. Open every weekend from May to December, the Shops create a unique learning environment. With hands-on support, ongoing marketing guidance, tailored education, and an affordable space, the participating vendors learn what it takes to truly run a business.
Beyond empowering entrepreneurs, the Shops also help transform the Town Center into a vibrant shopping experience for residents and visitors alike. With 10 mini storefronts in one location, shoppers are able to browse an array of products, attend on-site events, and explore the area in one convenient stop. The Shops are set to become a must-see destination for all! By supporting this retail incubator, South Holland continues to invest in creativity, strengthen its economy, and build a central hub that uplifts both small businesses and the local community.

Located in the heart of South Holland, the Shops create a collaborative environment where vendors can showcase products, connect with customers, and gain hands-on experience running a retail operation. Vendors are also encouraged to build relationships within the local business community, facilitate engaging events, and serve as leaders onsite.
